Order by 2pm on weekdays and receive your PHIX pods or device within 2 hours. Available in Auckland urban areas, Nelson and Linwood (Christchurch CBD). You must be present to receive your parcel — the courier cannot leave or re-deliver.

Important information
Signature required
All parcels are sent with a signature required. Vape Merchant will not take responsibility for any lost or stolen packages for non-signature orders requested by the customer directly with the couriers.
R18 — ID required on delivery
All first-time orders are physically checked on delivery. A valid NZ Drivers Licence, Passport, or 18+ Card is required before the package is handed over.
Delivery address changes
If you'd like to change your delivery address, contact us at customerservice@vapemerchant.nz before your order is processed.
Late deliveries
If your shipment hasn't arrived 3 working days after the estimated arrival, contact us at customerservice@vapemerchant.nz with your order number.

Returns & Refunds
Returns policy
- Vape Merchant accepts product returns within 14 days of purchase where the product is defective or faulty.
- Product is deemed faulty after assessment by a Vape Merchant staff member. All components must be returned.
- You must provide a Vape Merchant receipt or adequate proof of purchase.
- Any attempts to tamper with Vape Merchant devices will void any returns claims.
- Vape Merchant does not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- For unused and unopened products, contact customer service or visit a store to speak with a Store Manager.
- Unopened products must be received within 14 days of notifying Vape Merchant of your intention to return.
